Как настроить локальные уведомления с выставкой в ​​React Native для android?

Я довольно новичок в реакции-родной и все еще учусь. Я пытаюсь настроить локальные уведомления для устройства android, но оно не работает. Пытаясь решить эту проблему, я узнал, что Permissions вышла из экспозиции, и для уведомлений для android требуется отдельный объект для работы звука и вибрации. Примеры на других сайтах также не работают. (может быть, есть обновление). Я уже пробовал импортировать «Permissions» из новых «expo-permissions», но все же он не работает! Пожалуйста, помогите !!
