Android Студия: Не удалось разрешить: фрагмент-1.1.0

Question

Я хочу добавить в свои проекты библиотеку под названием material, но когда я пытаюсь синхронизировать c ее, у меня появляется указанная в заголовке ошибка. Android Studio 4.0.1.
