Перенос На моем ASP. NET API начался слишком долго

У меня небольшая проблема с моим ASP. NET API. У меня очень простая установка. В моем шкафу с блоком предохранителей есть сервер, на котором запущен сервер Ubuntu с базой данных MySQL. Я подключаюсь к нему через свой ASP. NET API, используя локальный IP-адрес (192.168.xxx.xxx), поэтому inte rnet не должно быть проблемой. Конечная точка также очень и очень проста:

Inte rnet тоже не может быть проблемой, потому что она работает в моей локальной сети ... Кто-нибудь знает, в чем может быть проблема? Ниже приведен снимок экрана с таймингами в Postman:

Как видите, проблема находится на этапе «Начало передачи».
