Обратите внимание, что раньше я использовал @ ngtools / webpack 9.0.0, и в это время я получал другие ошибки.

если я обновляю версию webpack до 4.43.0, все работает нормально. Кажется, что webpack и @ ngtools / webpack не могут работать вместе.
