Bootstrap модальный сбой

Мой модальный bootstrap неисправен, он отображается так, как будто нет файлов css или javascript, я пытался найти решение этого, но я не смог его решить, я даже использовал пример на их веб-сайте, он все еще не работает. ниже мой код bootstrap.

Потому что в вашем примере кода и экране нет css или javascript.

Bootstrap - это CSS фреймворк, поэтому вам необходимо включить CSS в свой проект.
