как сделать python gui словари без учета регистра при вводе ответа

• 1000 верхний, но он не работал

это часть словарей

Вы можете сравнить оба ответа после выполнения lower()/upper() на обоих: 

if ans.lower() == self.answer.lower():
    # your logic
...
