Приложение Kivy зависает и вылетает при доступе к облаку mongoDB Atlas через телефон Android - PullRequest

Я пытаюсь получить доступ к облаку mongoDB Atals с помощью приложения Kivy. Я сделал несколько базовых c операций по хранению и извлечению и удалению данных. При запуске приложения из Windows 10 и Ubuntu 18.04 приложение работает нормально. Но когда я развертываю его для android с помощью buildozer android debug deploy command и генерирую APK и пытаюсь запустить его на Android телефоне (android 7.1.1) или в эмуляторе, он просто зависает. Через 15-20 секунд он автоматически выйдет. Я добавил все требования и разрешения в buildozer.spe c. Но он все еще не может работать. Я также пробовал пример кода для доступа к Inte rnet, но они также не работают в телефоне. Я не понимаю, в чем проблема.

В атласе mongoDB разрешение предоставляется для всех IP-адресов.
