Разве это невозможно построить, пока другой сервер не предоставит доступ?
Понизьте версию Node до 12.x (версия LTS). Также я бы посоветовал обновить SDK до более новой версии: если вам нужно остаться с 8, вы можете использовать 8.3.1.GA; 9.0.1.GA, конечно, было бы даже лучше. Это может уже решить проблему.
