Конфликт при установке cakephp / acl

Я windows пользователь Powershell и хочу установить acl с помощью composer. Я попробовал composer require "cakephp/acl:0.6.0" и получил эти журналы ошибок

Я понятия не имею, о чем эта ошибка говорит о 3.x -dev и другие X (Если вам нужны другие файлы, пожалуйста, дайте мне знать :) Заранее спасибо!
