Remote-exe c провайдер на gcp не подключается к хосту

Я пытаюсь использовать инициатор remote-exe c для случая использования, связанного с моим проектом на GCP с использованием Terraform версии 12, на основе формата, указанного в документах terraform. Я получаю известную ошибку несоответствия ключа хоста после время ожидания инициатора.

Я не уверен, что именно я делаю не так с ключами здесь, но ошибка I получить
