gsutil retention с рекурсивной опцией

знаете ли вы, можно ли удалить сохранение корзины, включая любую вложенную папку в ней?

Я пробовал использовать параметр -m, и он включает только объекты (файлы), но не подпапки и объекты внутри этих подпапок, что на самом деле то, что я хочу: 

gsutil -m retention event release gs://mybucket/input/*

Я получаю следующее:

Вы можете добавить столько звездочек, сколько у вас может быть уровней вложенных папок, например: 

user@cs-121:~$ gsutil retention event release  gs://test_bucket/****

Releasing Event-Based Hold on gs://test_bucket/folder/folder2/...
Releasing Event-Based Hold on gs://test_bucket/folder/folder2/tenor.gif...
Releasing Event-Based Hold on gs://test_bucket/folder/foo.bar...
