Если посещение происходит с apple.com, я хочу обслуживать index2. html файл:

RewriteCond %{DOCUMENT_ROOT}/wp-content/cache/supercache/%{SERVER_NAME}/$1/index2.html -f

Если посещение происходит из другого домена, просто обслуживайте файл по умолчанию: index. html

Проблема не в том, прихожу ли я с apple.com, .htaccess обслуживает только индекс. html
