Ошибка при установке TensorFlow на Windows 10 (Python 3.8.3)

На Windows 10 с Python 3.8.3. Я установил TensorFlow, используя 

pip install tensorflow==2.0.0

, но получил следующую ошибку. Есть рекомендации, как я могу это исправить?
