Android настраиваемый звук уведомления для FCM во Flutter не работает

Question

У меня есть настраиваемый звук уведомления для FCM в моем приложении Flutter, который работает правильно, когда я устанавливаю targetSdkVersion на 25, но как только я изменяю targetSdkVersion на 28, звук по умолчанию воспроизводится вместо настраиваемого звука.

Я с использованием плагина firebase_messaging 6.0.9
