таблица не обновляется на PayPal по IPN на реальном сервере

Я использую платежный шлюз PAYPAL в своем проекте php и использую учетную запись песочницы. Я обновляю свою таблицу базы данных через IPN. На моем локальном хосте все работает правильно. Но на реальном сервере notify. php не работает, это означает, что IPN не обновляет таблицу. Я также изменил URL-адрес уведомления на живом сервере.

и введите URL. После этого сообщения напечатайте IPN было отправлено и рукопожатие было подтверждено.

Но все же на реальном сервере таблица не обновляется.
