У меня есть фрейм данных, который выглядит следующим образом

с большим количеством строк, конечно, и некоторые строки в Player, Position и Position ... Столбцы пусты, потому что они не были составлен еще. Есть ли способ просто вручную вставить имена, позиции, позиции ... только что выбранных игроков.

Так как пустые ячейки начинаются со строки 112, но получилось просто N / A

Причина, по которой у вас есть факторы вместо простых строк, в первую очередь, это своего рода историческая случайность, когда R является статистическим языком. На практике вы редко хотите иметь дело с факторами в фрейме данных такого типа. Вероятно, вы хотите, чтобы имена ваших игроков были простыми старыми строками.

Обычно, когда вы читаете фрейм данных из файла, например, через read.csv, у вас есть возможность передать аргумент stringsAsFactors = TRUE, чтобы гарантировать, что строки хранятся как строки, а не преобразуются в коэффициенты. Некоторые люди (например, этот парень ) настолько категорически против этого причудливого поведения по умолчанию, что включают строку в свой .Rprofile, чтобы импортировать данные с stringsAsFactors=T по умолчанию. (но это опасно для написания кода, который одинаково работает для пользователей с разными инициализациями .Rprofile!)

Если у вас уже есть набор данных, вы можете вместо этого преобразовать ваши коэффициенты в строки:

Вы имеете дело с факторным столбцом. "Calvin Ridley" еще не уровень фактора. После добавления вы можете переименовать ячейку.
