Пробуем установить черепаху в cmd (python)

после того, как я напишу pip install turtle в cmd, мне будет представлено это сообщение. кто-нибудь знает что делать ??

Вам не нужно устанавливать turtle, он уже встроен, поэтому pip не может его установить.
