ImportError: не удалось загрузить DLL для интерпретатора scipy / numpy - python внутри Autodesk VRED

Autodesk VRED поставляется с python 2,7 дюйма C:\Program Files\Autodesk\VREDPro-12.0\lib\python. При переходе в этот каталог и установке pip и scipy (+ numpy)

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\VREDPro-12.0\lib\python>python ensurepip

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\VREDPro-12.0\lib\python>python -m pip install scipy

при импорте scipy / * появляется следующее сообщение об ошибке 1024 * после вызова интерпретатора в этом каталоге

     - how you installed numpy

Original error was: DLL load failed: Das angegebene Modul wurde nicht gefunden.

По логике, scipy / numpy также не работает в среде VRED.

Я уже пробовал переустановить его. И поскольку у меня также установлен python в C:\Python27, я также попытался удалить эту директорию из PATH, чтобы избежать конфликтов. Оба шага не помогли.
