Не удается установить Ioni c cordova-res

При выполнении команды ionic cordova resources Я получаю эту ошибку:

And while installing cordova-res i am getting this error:

как указано в ошибке ...

npm WARN notsup Неподдерживаемый движок для cordova-res@0.14.0: хотел: {"node": "> = 10.3.0"} (current: { "node": "8.11.3", "npm": "6.14.5"})

вам нужна более поздняя версия узла .... попробуйте проверить текущую версиюa и попробуйте обновить это ..
