невозможно перезаписать Teraterm sshd_config

Я хотел бы изменить порт в термине Tera, но застрял при перезаписи sshd_config

успешно открыл sshd_config с помощью команды ниже 

$ sudo vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config

also was able to overwrite below with INSERT mode

#① change the port
#Port 22
Port 2022

#② root no PrimitRootLogin
#PermitRootLogin yes
PermitRootLogin no

#③ no PasswordAuthentication
#PasswordAuthentication yes
PasswordAuthentication no

but cant update the overwrite since below command is somehow not activated.

$ sudo systemctl restart sshd

（↑ не запускается даже pu sh Enter）

Я повторил w / root, но результат был тот же.

как сделать это работает?
