сервер авторизации spring boot 2 - все конечные точки возвращают 404

У меня есть приложение с сервером авторизации (OAuth2), которое я перенес с Spring Boot 1.X на 2.X. Всякий раз, когда я пытаюсь получить доступ к любой из функций конечной точки (например, /oauth/token или /oauth/token_key), это приводит к HTTP-404. Сама служба работает, что я могу видеть в /actuator/health. Он работал без проблем со старым Spring Boot.

Я уже пытался включить все службы, но безуспешно. Я использую Spring Boot 2, Resilience4J и OAuth2.
