URL-адрес блока .htaccess не работает в Cpanel

Я хочу заблокировать URL-адрес и разрешить только свой собственный IP-адрес, но приведенный ниже код работает на LocalHost, но когда я tr ie в живой среде (Laminas, Cpanel), он не работает
