FileNotFoundException при запуске пользовательского действия WiX с взаимодействием COMAdmin

Я пытаюсь создать настраиваемое действие WiX, которое позволит мне завершить работу и очистить пакет COM + как часть установки обновления или создать и настроить новый пакет COM + как часть начальной установки. Ранее я выполнял это как CustomAction в стандартном MSI Visual Studio, но это позволяет выполнять настраиваемое действие только после того, как файлы будут скопированы, что не будет выполнено, поскольку пакет все еще будет работать.

COMAdmin.dll был добавлен в качестве ссылки на проект CustomAction и имеет значение CopyLocal = true. В папке bin для проекта настраиваемых действий присутствует Interop.COMAdmin.dll. Ответ на этот вопрос , похоже, предполагает, что он должен работать.

При попытке установки я получаю следующее исключение в журнале MSI:

Вместо использования классов Installer из Visual Studio я рекомендую переключиться на DTF, который является частью набора инструментов WiX. DTF гораздо более гибок и лучше интегрируется с установщиком Windows, чем классы установщика.
