Как я могу интегрировать twitpic API с OAuth для публикации изображения с iPhone? Любая помощь или учебник? В настоящее время я делаю ...

Посмотрите библиотеку OAuthConsumer .

Если вы решите использовать его, вам придется скомпилировать его как статическую библиотеку или просто включить заголовки (см. здесь для объяснения).
