Как обновить с помощью LINQ?

В настоящее время я делаю обновление, похожее на следующее, потому что я не вижу лучшего способа сделать это. Я пробовал предложения, которые я прочитал в блогах, но ни одна из них не работает, например

К сожалению, database.MyTypes.Update() метода нет, поэтому я не знаю лучшего способа сделать это. Кто-нибудь может подсказать, что я мог сделать? Спасибо.
