C # получить системное использование сети

Мне нужен способ получить текущее использование сети системы, вверх и вниз.

Я нашел некоторые в сети, но они не работают для меня.

Спасибо за вашу помощь

Использование сети текущей системы также можно получить, работая с PerformanceCounterCategory:
