Что мне помогло, так это https://gist.github.com/1504625. По сути, измените один символ в config/initializers/secret_token.rb, перезапустите сервер, и все готово.

Как вы храните свои сессии? Похоже, что он пытается загрузить старый сеанс (что вы использовали до authlogic? Или другой класс, который больше не существует).

Удаление всех ваших старых сессий (куки-файлы браузера, если вы сохраняете сессию в куки-файлах) может решить проблему.
