Question

Если ваша страница, на которой размещены элемент управления silverlight и веб-служба, к которой вы пытаетесь подключиться, находятся в разных доменах (в случае, если они выглядят как разные проекты), вам нужно добавить файл clientaccesspolicy.xml на ваш сайт.
