Мой взгляд на все это -
его дерьмо - выглядит дерьмом и ведет себя как дерьмо .. даже чувствует себя дерьмом:
ИМХО, гораздо лучше подключиться к событию щелчка ячейки DataGridView и открыть CheckedListbox:
