Как устранить неполадки при установке cabal для пакета векторных алгоритмов, darcs и других?

Это не ошибки клики. Векторный пакет не собирается из коробки с GHC 7 (пока). Вы - первопроходец, скачавший на GHC 7 до выпуска версии платформы Haskell.

Как ранний пользователь, вы должны сообщать об ошибках сборки сопровождающим пакета.
