Path.GetFullPath дает только следующие исключения
ArgumentException path - строка нулевой длины, содержит только белый
или содержит один или несколько недопустимых символов, определенных в
GetInvalidPathChars.
-ИЛИ- Системе не удалось получить абсолютный путь.
SecurityException Вызывающая сторона не имеет необходимых разрешений.
Путь ArgumentNullException равен нулю.
NotSupportedException путь содержит двоеточие (":"), которое не является частью
идентификатор тома (например, «c: \»).
PathTooLongException Указанный путь, имя файла или оба превышают
определенная системой максимальная длина. Например, на основе Windows
платформы, пути должны быть менее 248 символов, а имена файлов должны
быть менее 260 символов.
