Моно с поставщиком членства SQL Server?

Очевидно Mono заменяет ссылки на поставщика членства SQL Server на поставщика членства sqlite (см. ASP.NET_Settings_Mapping ). Есть ли способ убедить Mono использовать SQL Server для поставщика членства?

Когда я пытаюсь войти в свое веб-приложение, я получаю следующее:

На странице Сопоставление настроек ASP.NET , на которую вы ссылались, в разделе «Запрет на сопоставление настроек» говорится, что добавление: 

<appSettings>
  <add key="MonoAspnetInhibitSettingsMap" value="anything"/>
</appSettings>

в приложениеФайл Web.config отключит отображение настроек.Однако я обнаружил, что значение «все» не работает.Если я вместо этого использую значение «истина», тогда оно будет: 

<appSettings>
  <add key="MonoAspnetInhibitSettingsMap" value="true"/>
</appSettings>

Это должно быть неправильной конфигурацией, потому что реализованный sqlmembershipprovider существует для Mono 2.0.Он использует DBProviderFactory для получения соединения.Реализация SqlClient также существует, что позволяет сделать вывод о том, что web.config для веб-сайта является неправильным, что немыслимо, поскольку sqlclient и sqlite в переполненном web.config выглядят почти одинаково.

Если кто-то может опубликовать это, это может прояснить проблему.
