Центрировать текст div на жидком CSS

Question

Я работал над макетом CSS-флюида для моего сайта, и я пытаюсь центрировать div, который содержит авторские права, внизу страницы. По какой-то причине, текст на div не центрируется правильно, и это сводит меня с ума. правило #footer { text-align: center; } отсутствует в файле css связанной страницы.#footer - это то место, где вам нужно выравнивание текста: по центру, а не под # авторским правом.
