Я наконец-то нашел способ позвонить снова requestLayout().Я вызвал setWillNotDraw(false) в конструкторе, чтобы в onDraw() (то есть после onLayout()) я мог вызвать дополнительный requestLayout().Это порождает глупый цикл, но эстетически решает проблему.
