Я написал VBS для коробки Windows 2003 один раз. Он использует zip.exe для сжатия (находится на info-zip.org) и вращает журналы apache и php. Журналы вращаются, когда они больше, чем MAX_SIZE. Он удаляет самые старые журналы, если счетчик журналов проходит MAX_ROTATIONS.
