проблема с RowCommand в GridView

Question

есть странная проблема с первым щелчком по элементу строки в сетке, где он не срабатывает.Я загружаю пользовательский элемент управления динамически в заполнитель.После неудачного первого клика последующие клики в порядке, и происходит событие RowCommand.
