Я пытаюсь запустить VS2010 с включенным UAC.ResourceCompiler жалуется на то, что не может найти файл, расположенный на диске с подстановкой.

Я пытался изменить картинки, и это сработало.Один компилятор ресурсов TIFF любит, а другой - нет.

Где UAC включен, я держу пари, что процесс выполняется в другом контексте безопасности, который не имеет доступа или не знает о диске p :. Используйте Microsoft TechNet Sysinternals Procmon.exe для мониторинга активации (поиск и загрузка зависимых библиотек).

Sxstrace.exe также может быть полезен для отслеживания проблем активации сборки.
