Как мне установить act_as_ferret в Windows XP?

Я не могу установить Действует как Ferret в Windows XP.Моя среда разработки:

Когда я выполнил команду gem install acts_as_ferret, я получил ошибку ниже.Любая подсказка?

Из моего исследования act_as_ferret глючит.У него проблемы с установкой, запуском и повреждением индексов.Вы должны рассмотреть возможность перехода на Сфинкс
