Sqlite данные не получают выборку

Question

Я пытаюсь получить значение из базы данных, но я не получаю, я пытаюсь этот код, но не получил значение, Когда я использую точку останова в программе, у меня есть Долгота, Широта, его тип данных двойнойв базе данных
