Не удается установить npm на Mac OSX

Я получаю сообщение об ошибке при установке NPM следующим образом: 

gzip: stdin: decompression OK, trailing garbage ignored
/usr/local/bin/tar: Child returned status 2
/usr/local/bi/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
It failed

Моя настройка:

  • Mac OS X 10.6.3
  • GNU tar v1.26
  • Узел v0.4.12

Любая помощь приветствуется.

Установите make в вашей системе

Вы можете получить make, установив инструменты разработчика, прилагаемые к вашему Mac, или через менеджер пакетов.
