Получена эта ошибка при попытке загрузить страницу aspx:

У вас есть веб-приложение, настроенное как Medium Trust, а сборка SQLite.NET требует полного доверия?

Посмотрите, исправит ли это добавление в ваш web.config: 

<system.web>
    <securityPolicy>
        <trust level="Full" />
    </securityPolicy>

...
</system.web>

Или, если у вас уже есть тег доверия, измените уровень на Полный.
