Установка RStudio из исходного кода в Ubuntu 10.04, требующей более новых версий R - PullRequest

При попытке установить RStudio на Ubuntu 10.04 из источника R необходимо предварительно установить, выполнив ряд шагов для установки последней версии R (т. Е. Версии 2.14.1), при попытке использовать функцию cmake чтобы установить RStudio, он по-прежнему выдает ошибку, в которой говорится, что моя версия слишком старая и мне нужна как минимум версия R 2.11.

Из сообщения об ошибке я посмотрел CMakeLists.txt, но не совсем уверен, что делать, чтобы указать правильную более новую версию R.

Эту проблему можно решить, установив последнюю версию R с крана.Для Ubuntu 10.04 вы можете сделать это, добавив deb http://mirrors.softliste.de/cran/bin/linux/ubuntu lucid/ к /etc/apt/sources.list и выполнив обновление.

Как только это будет сделано, вы можете установить последнюю версию R с помощью apt-get install r-base.

По завершении вы можете восстановить после удаления и воссоздания вашего каталога сборки.

Полагаю, вам нужна более новая библиотека LibR.

Попробуйте установить переменную CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH в качестве префикса, где установлена ​​новая версия, и перезапустите процесс настройки.

Еслиэто не работает, добавьте NO_DEFAULT_PATH предложение в эту строку:
