MKMapView: вместо Pin Annotation, пользовательский вид

Я хочу отобразить изображение в моем MKMapView вместо маленького рок-булавки .Может кто-нибудь, пожалуйста, выложить здесь какой-нибудь полезный код или рассказать, как это сделать?

Яожидая, что мое изображение pinks.jpg будет на карте, закрепляя местоположение вместо представления по умолчанию ( в форме скалы ).Но все же я получаю изображение булавки по умолчанию.

Если вы хотите использовать собственное изображение для просмотра аннотаций, вы должны создать MKAnnotationView вместо MKPinAnnotationView.

MKPinAnnotationView является подклассом MKAnnotationView, поэтому у него есть свойство image, но обычно оно переопределяет его и рисует изображение булавки (вот для чего оно).

Поэтому измените код на: 

-(MKAnnotationView *)mapView:(MKMapView *)mV viewForAnnotation:(id <MKAnnotation>)annotation 
{
    MKAnnotationView *pinView = nil; 
    if(annotation != mapView.userLocation) 
    {
        static NSString *defaultPinID = @"com.invasivecode.pin";
        pinView = (MKAnnotationView *)[mapView dequeueReusableAnnotationViewWithIdentifier:defaultPinID];
        if ( pinView == nil ) 
            pinView = [[MKAnnotationView alloc]

Обратите внимание, что animatesDrop также закомментирован, поскольку это свойство существует только в MKPinAnnotationView.

Я согласен с ответом Анны, и мне нравится показывать, как будет выглядеть это в swift3 . Это ответ со многими другими параметрами.и т. д.
