Android новичок, почему мои вложенные вкладки не работают?

Я новичок в разработке приложений для Android, я пытался создавать вложенные вкладки. Сначала я создаю три вкладки, затем определяю содержимое первой вкладки как еще одно действие вкладок. То, что я сделал, показано ниже:

используйте <activity android:name=".SecondTabsActivity"/> в вашем AndroidManifest.xml файле внутри приложения тег.
