Ну, вы, конечно, могли бы использовать ->fieldCondition('field_number', 'value', array(1, 2)), но кроме этого я не знаю об этом (и я написал EntityFieldQuery).Даже если бы вы переписали это в запрос только для хранилища SQL, это было бы не намного проще.

Вам не нужно указывать = в качестве оператора, и вам не нужно указывать INлибо они являются значениями по умолчанию для значения скаляра / массива.

Я недавно написал оболочку для EntityFieldQuery, так как я просто слишком много ее использую. Тогда, как я это называю, результатом может быть идентификатор или массив идентификаторов. Надеюсь, что это имеет смысл.
