ItemControl: изменение свойства элемента управления в ItemControl на основе «содержимого» элемента управления.

У меня есть следующий код.

В моем примере у меня отображаются кнопки с использованием ItemControl.Теперь мне нужно получить доступ к определенной кнопке на основе ее содержимого и изменить ее свойство.

скажем, нужно изменить свойство Background кнопки first при нажатии кнопки ChangeBackGround.[См. Снимок экрана ниже: мой вопрос]

Это работает, но я бы не советовал делать что-то подобное, настраивая модель представления со свойством background-свойство, которое затем будет связано, было бы намного чище.
