Xcode 4.2 & ios5 не может отладить с сломанным устройством

У меня была точно такая же проблема, оказалось, что TruPrint (который, кажется, вы установили) вызывал проблемы с отладчиком XCode. Попробуйте удалить его, перезагрузить устройство и затем запустить его из XCode, оно должно работать.

Я понятия не имею, что это значит - но это то, что описано на странице, чтобы обойти проблему.
