Может быть, потому что вы используете нестандартные правила CSS, такие как "! Ie7", или специфичные для поставщика свойства, такие как -moz-border-radius?

Вы должны экранировать символы при разборе.Apache имеет класс StringEscapeUtils, который может вам помочь.Я думаю, что вы должны использовать StringEscapeUtils.escapeHTML(readedText);, поскольку синтаксис html и css более похожи.
