Серверная сторона прослушивает пакет UDP на этом порту.Когда он его получает, он немного задерживается, а затем отправляет его обратно без изменений.Задержка начинается с некоторого начального значения (3000 мс), а затем удваивается при каждом получении пакета, пока не достигнет максимума (90000 мс), после которого задержка просто останется на максимуме.
