не могу создать CursorLoader в Android v3 + - PullRequest

Я следовал руководству по Android от: Android Develoer - пример CursorLoader

Я получаю исключение:

AndroidRuntime (8857): java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: com ... LoaderCursor.getFragmentManager

Я не создал макет Fragement и не определил класс Fragment в проекте ...

Попытался создать CursorLoader с этим кодом: Manifest.xml:

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    package="com.my.loader"
    android:versionCode="1"
    android:versionName="1.0" >

    <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="10" />

    <application
        android:icon="@drawable/ic_launcher"
        android:label="@string/app_name" >
        <activity
            android:name=".LoaderCursor"
            android:label="@string/app_name" >
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />

                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>
    </application>

</manifest>

LoaderExample.java:

package com...

package com.my.loader;

import android.app.Activity;
import android.app.FragmentManager;
import android.app.ListFragment;
import android.app.LoaderManager;
import android.content.CursorLoader;

FragmentManager fm = getFragmentManager();

требуется уровень API 11 (см. http://developer.android.com/reference/android/app/Activity.html#getFragmentManager%28%29)
